This Z purlin roll forming machine is engineered for steelstructure Z-section purlin production. It supports Z50-200 series profiles with web height 30-80mm and flange width 10-18mm. Equipped with hydraulic front shear, seven-roller leveling unit, multi-cylinder hydraulic notching and bottom double-hole punching devices. 20-station forming mill adopts Cr12 polished heat-treated rollers and Φ75mm 45# tempered shafts. The universal hydraulic shear delivers cutting accuracy ≤±1mm. Complete Siemens PLC closed-loop system ensures stable mass production for steel-structure factory.
