This multi-spec roll forming line produces U50 and U75 container flashings from 0.8-1.2mm Q345 galvanized steel, widely used in shipping container and prefab box-house production. It adopts built-in in-feed leveling to eliminate strip warpage, matched with independent pre-punching station for standard Φ12 mounting holes. 16 forming stations with multi-group vertical rollers and Φ75mm chrome rollers deliver neat uniform profiles, with quick size switching via split sleeves. Dual Cr12 cutting dies support two profiles, hydraulic post cut-off produces scrap-free edges, and Siemens PLC stabilizes cutting length within ±1mm tolerance with full safety guard.
