This roll forming machine produces C100*50 crossbeam profiles from 2mm 245MPa galvanized steel. Pre-leveling with 4-over-3 shafts ensures flat strip entry. 18 main forming stations with GCr15 hardened rollers and Φ75mm shafts deliver precise beam shapes. A second 3-station interlocking section joins two pieces together. Manual uncoiler feeds coils up to 600mm wide. Hydraulic post cutting with slug breaker (Cr12 blades) ensures clean cuts. Siemens PLC with touch screen holds cut length to ±2mm. Full mesh safety cover included.
