Features and Advantages of Guardrail Roll Forming Machine

This highway guardrail roll forming machine produces guardrail profiles from 0.5mm galvanized steel. The 3Ton hydraulic uncoiler with coil car loads coils easily. Three prepunching stations create holes inline. 20 forming stations with hard chrome rollers and Φ75mm shafts ensure straight, consistent guardrails. Hydraulic post cutting (Cr12 blades) delivers clean, noscrap cuts. Siemens PLC with SICK encoder controls cut length to ±2mm. The 6m pneumatic stacker piles finished guardrails automatically – motordriven pallet and air support arms.
