Cut to length & slitting lines are high-precision metal processing equipment dedicated to steel coil flattening, longitudinal slitting, and fixed-length cutting. They process galvanized steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and high-tensile steel coils into flat sheet blanks and narrow strips with uniform size and flat surface. Supporting multi-specification splitting and fixed-size shearing for roll forming production, metal component processing, building material manufacturing, and hardware engineering projects.

Rugged & Anti-Rust Frame

Our frames use fresh steel from mills, no recycled stock. H-beam base is stressrelieved, side panels shot blasted – stable, anti-rust, and built for long continuous metal coil processing mass production.
Wear-Resistant Core Parts

45# steel shafts, heat-treated forged rollers, CR12MOV(D2) cutting blades. High wear resistance means lower spare part costs when slitting and shearing various thick and high-tensile metal coils.
Custom Sheet Thickness

Compatible with carbon steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum coils. Custom thickness and width to process metal strips and flat sheets as clients require.
Precision Cut Saves Material

Cuttolength and slitting tolerance is within ±2mm. Flat and uniform blanks simplify secondary processing and reduce raw material waste.
