Features and Advantages of Solar Mounting Roll Forming Machine

This dual-cassette roll forming machine produces solar mounting U4141 and U4121 profiles from 1.02.5mm 235MPa steel. Quick cassette change design enables fast profile switching – 18 stations for U4141 and 16 for U4121. Servo feeder with prepunching creates 600mm step holes inline. Hydraulic flying cut (Cr12MoV) with pneumatic pin positioning and slug breaker ensures nonstop production at 25m/min. Siemens PLC with Schneider inverter and Omron encoder holds cut length to ±2mm. Roller cooling system extends roller life, and full mesh cover ensures operator safety.
