Features and Advantages of Gutter Roll Forming Machine

This roll forming machine produces YX88115 gutter profiles from 0.40.6mm 550MPa galvanized or colorcoated steel. The 3Ton hydraulic uncoiler feeds coils up to 600mm wide. Manual preshear with tail reminder cuts head/tail only. 18 forming stations with hard chrome rollers (Φ75mm shafts) ensure straight, consistent gutters. The overflow channel roller can be manually engaged or disengaged as needed. Hydraulic post cutting (Cr12MoV blades) delivers clean cuts. Siemens PLC with touch screen holds cut length to ±2mm. Full mesh safety cover included.
