Features and Advantages of Square Downspout Roll Forming Machine

This roll forming machine produces YX80*80 square downspout profiles from 0.40.8mm 550MPa colorcoated steel. The 3Ton hydraulic uncoiler feeds coils up to 600mm wide. Manual preshear cuts head/tail only. 16 forming stations with mirrorfinished hard chrome rollers (Φ75mm shafts) ensure straight, consistent downspout profiles. Hydraulic post cutting (Cr12 blades) delivers clean, noscrap cuts. Film applicator with rubber rollers protects sheet surfaces. Siemens PLC with touch screen holds cut length to ±2mm. Full mesh safety cover included.
