This high-speed roll forming machine produces YX25-45 hat channel | furring channel profiles for drywall stud & track framing systems. 18 forming stations with Cr12 hardened rollers and NTN bearings (Φ75mm shafts) deliver precise profile shapes. 2 dedicated embossing stations create decorative patterns inline. 5 sizing rollers ensure accurate final dimensions. 3Ton hydraulic uncoiler feeds coils up to 600mm wide. Nonstop hydraulic cut-off with servo drive enables continuous production at 30m/min. Mitsubishi PLC holds cut length to ±1mm.
