Features and Advantages of L Shaped Steel Edge Trim Roll Forming Machine

This high-speed roll forming machine produces YX10-35 L-shaped steel / edge trim profiles from 0.2-0.5mm 550MPa galvanized or pre-painted steel. The powered uncoiler feeds coils up to 300mm wide. Hydraulic punching station creates holes inline with 480mm step. 8 forming stations with mirrorfinished hard chrome rollers (Φ75mm shafts) deliver precise L-shaped profiles. Non-stop hydraulic follow-up cut with pneumatic pin positioning and cylinder reset enables continuous production at 15m/min. Mitsubishi PLC holds cut length to ±2mm.
