This complete roll forming line produces YX53-200-600 dovetail / closed necking floor deck profiles from 0.75-1.5mm 550MPa galvanized steel. The 6Ton hydraulic uncoiler with 4-segment expansion and pneumatic brake feeds coils smoothly. 29 forming stations with hard chrome rollers and Φ95mm shafts ensure precise, consistent deck profiles. Dual 18.5KW motors deliver stable power at 18m/min. Hydraulic post cut-off with Cr12MoV blades and spare set ensures reliable cutting. The independent 3-station press dimpling unit creates deep dimples for enhanced concrete bond, with replaceable inserts for easy maintenance and micro-adjustment for precise positioning. Siemens PLC with wireless remote holds cut length to ±2mm.
