This heavy-duty roll forming machine produces YX50-330-1000 floor decking profiles from 0.7-1.2mm 550MPa galvanized steel. The 6Ton hydraulic uncoiler with photo-sensitive limit switch feeds coils smoothly. 26 forming stations with hard chrome rollers and Φ95mm shafts deliver precise, consistent deck profiles, including an inline embossing stage for enhanced concrete bond. Dual 18.5KW motors provide stable power at 18m/min. Hydraulic slug breaker cutting with Cr12MoV blades ensures clean cuts. Siemens PLC holds cut length to ±2mm.
