A 3Ton hydraulic uncoiler feeds coils up to 600mm width, matched with manual tail-reminder pre-shear to trim uneven strip ends. 15 forming stations with Φ75mm mirror hard chrome rollers deliver smooth pipe surfaces, plus a dedicated film applicator to protect aluminum against scratches. Cr12MoV hydraulic post cut-off with anti-drop lock creates scrap-free clean cuts, and high-end Siemens S7-1200 PLC stabilizes cutting length within ±2mm tolerance with full safety mesh cover.
