This complete roll forming line produces YX35-72 door guide rail profiles from 1.0mm 350MPa galvanized steel. Powered uncoiler feeds coils smoothly. 5-roll pre-leveling ensures flat strip entry. Two pre-punching stations create 8×22 slots inline with scrap collection. 18 forming stations with hard chrome rollers and Φ75mm shafts deliver precise profiles. The anti-twist device prevents warping. Hydraulic post cutting with Cr12MoV blades ensures clean cuts. Siemens PLC with closed-loop control holds cut length to ±1mm.
