This integrated line produces YX15.5-77.5-704 one-piece shutter panels from 0.4-0.6mm 350MPa color-coated steel for commercial storefronts and garages. It adopts a 5Ton wide hydraulic uncoiler matching standard 914 mm coils, plus hydraulic pre-shear for head/tail cutting only. 24 forming stations use a new stand frame and compound thick shafts for stable shaping. Bilateral inline slitting with scrap wrapping keeps the workshop tidy, adjustable edge seaming optimizes edge finish, and anti-twist finger rollers eliminate panel warpage. Hydraulic post cut-off produces clean edges, and Siemens PLC maintains ±2 mm cutting length tolerance with full safety mesh cover.
