This roll forming machine produces YX110-260 ridge cap / roof ridge tile profiles from 0.4-0.55mm 350MPa colorcoated steel. The 3Ton hydraulic uncoiler with passive drive feeds coils smoothly. Manual pre-shear with tail reminder cuts head/tail only. 14 forming stations with hard chrome rollers (Φ75mm shafts) ensure consistent ridge cap profiles. Film applicator with rubber rollers protects sheet surfaces. Hydraulic post cutting (Cr12 blades) delivers clean, no-scrap cuts. Siemens PLC with touch screen holds cut length to ±2mm. Full mesh safety cover included.
