Features and Advantages of Double Layer Roll Forming Machine

This double layer roll forming machine produces upper YX17183.331100 (18 passes) and lower YX37245980 (22 passes) roof sheet profiles. The 5Ton hydraulic uncoiler with coil car feeds 0.40.8mm colorcoated steel efficiently. Both profiles share the same 11KW motor, running at 20m/min. Duallayer hydraulic cutoff (Cr12MoV blades) with selfdrop lower cutting structure delivers clean, noscrap cuts. Manual preshear with tail reminder cuts head/tail only. Siemens PLC with touch screen and wireless remote holds cut length to ±2mm. Full mesh safety cover and chain guards included. Touch screen customizable per customer requirements.
