Flying cutting keeps production running at 40m/min – no pause for cuts. 22 forming stations with hard chrome rollers and NTN bearings ensure straight profiles. A lubrication system keeps rollers cool. The Siemens PLC holds cut length accuracy to ±2mm. Safety mesh cover and hydraulic preshear for head/tail included.
