Features and Advantages of Double Layer Roll Forming Machine

ThiThis double layer roll forming machine produces glazed tile on the upper level (YX23-183-1100, 18 passes) and roof sheet on the lower level (YX7.51151150, 18 passes). The 5Ton hydraulic uncoiler feeds 0.30.6mm colorcoated or galvanized steel. The hydraulic pressing station creates 14mm step height for glazed tile with 4pillar guide structure for stability. Duallayer hydraulic cutoff (Cr12MoV blades) delivers clean, noscrap cuts for both profiles. Siemens PLC with wireless remote holds step tolerance to ±0.5mm and cut length to ±1mm. Manual preshear cuts head/tail only. Full mesh safety cover included.
