This roll forming machine produces YX282031015 roof sheet profiles from 0.40.8mm 550MPa galvanized steel. The 5Ton hydraulic uncoiler feeds coils smoothly. Manual preshear with tail reminder cuts head/tail only. 20 forming stations with hard chrome coated rollers (Φ75/95mm shafts) ensure straight, consistent roof sheets. Hydraulic post cutting (Cr12 blades) delivers clean, noscrap cuts. Film applicator with rubber rollers protects sheet surfaces. Siemens PLC with touch screen holds cut length to ±2mm.
